            _{Congratulations to the finalists who have been chosen to attend this year’s Leadership Exploratory Adventure trip to Iquitos, Peru.  Below you will find the schedule for the mandatory classes they will need to attend.  Students who are alternates are also required to attend in case an opportunity opens up for them.}

_{Then mandatory classes will be held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 7am-7:50am.  Please follow the schedule below:}

_{December 2, 3, 4, 9, 10, 11, 16, 17, 18,}

_{January 6, 7, 8, 13, 14, 15, 20, 21, 22,}

_{February 3, 4, 5}

_{**February 24, 25, 26 and March 3, 4 (After the trip to prepare a presentation for Science Night)**}

_{Parents, we understand that it may be difficult for your children to make it everyday at 7am.  Please be aware that attendance and punctuality are important.  An alternate will take your child’s place if your child is consistently absent or late.  They will be expected to complete all of the assignments given to them in order to prepare them for the trip.} 

_{March 5th, 2015 between 4-6pm will be Science Night.  Parents are invited to attend to see their child’s work from Peru.}
